This is a 30 -minute introductory session where we explore what you're currently struggling with and what you're hoping to change. I’ll briefly share how I work at Nefesh Innate Health, which focuses on emotional healing, nervous system regulation, and working with deeper patterns behind anxiety, stress, and emotional pain to get you lasting mental health , clarity, inner peace and more joy in life. The session is also a space for you to ask questions and get a sense of whether this approach feels right for you. There is no pressure or obligation to continue. If it feels appropriate and helpful, we can discuss possible future sessions. If not, you will still hopefully leave with more clarity about your situation and possible next steps.
